music: Poor Unfourtante Souls- The Little Mermaid

Kverdz and my fam saw THE LITTLE MERMAID ON BROADWAY. It was AMAZING! It was so unique and creative. The BEST way to put that show on stage. My favorite part was when PRINCE ERIC ALMOST DROWNED. He was like falling slowly from the stage, then all of the sudden, he dropped and appeared in the front of the stage and Ariel sang to him <3 <3 it was SO CUTE. I really loved it. I freakin loved Prince Eric (Sean Palmer) they really added some depth to his character. Plus he was so HOT! But HE DIDNT COME OUT TO SIGN AUTOGRAPHS! Oh well. At least I have the memory of his beautifully tight pants. Sierra was AMAZING, but kind of mean when signing autographs. But hey, she's a princess. SHE EVEN HAD A BAG WITH A MERMAID ON IT. Too cute. SHEIRE RENE SCOT WAS THE BEST URUSALA EVER! I actually like her character more than Ariel's. Well, not really. But she was the best part. And her two gay eels that tangoed during 'Poor Unfourtante Souls' (that number was kick-ass by the way.) I even bought an Urusla shirt instead of a Little Mermaid one! 

Katie and I watched Knocked Up and Chocolat but then she fell asleep so we watched Benny & Joon in the morning. Benny & Joon was adorable! Sam and Joon are the cutest couple ever. I really love that movie.

I saw Atonement. It was beautifully amazing. I'm so glad I remained spoiler-free because it had an AMAZING (but sad) twist.

Anyway, I'm in a bit of a dilema. So, the Newspaper crew is going to the Asbury Park Press, and that's so cool because besides an actress, I want to be a film critic. And how perfect to have a professional do my work!

So all along, I've claimed the 'movies' section, and I was gonna call it "Movie Time with Caroline"

Then, I find out that FUCKING MARYLEE AND SPIFFY ARE DOING A REVIEW ON SWEENEY TODD.

Now, I don't care if they talk about how much they 'love' Sweeney. (which they don't really, because they just like it cause of Johnny Depp) 

But a REVIEW. I CLAIMED it. And now the editor, RJ, who is like best friends with them, tells me that I CAN'T DO THAT! I'm not taking no for an answer. I claimed it. And who the hell are they to do that. Ugh.

Katie and I are seeing Juno tonight, I'm gonna write a review on that or I'm writing movies to watch that are similar to Into the Woods.

 So I went on IMDB yesterday, and I decided to see if Atonement was playing in more theatres. And I see that it's PLAYING IN MARQUEE! I wanted to go tonight but my dad wants to watch stupid football, my mom is sick, and they're like "it's a school night" I'm like WHO GIVES A CRAP IF ITS A FREAKIN SCHOOL NIGHT. WHAT DO I POSSIBLY HAVE TO "REST UP FOR"? I go straight to bio, and it's fine with me if I'm falling asleep in that class. So I have to wait till freakin Wednesday...hopefully. Or maybe I can go Monday, but I don't think so. If it goes out of Marquee by Wednesday, I will cry. 

Anyway, I'm auditioning for the BCCT show today. Woot.
We'll see what happens.

I saw Sweeney Todd with my dad yesterday. I LOVED it! I can't stop listening to the music and the final scene is still haunting me. It was wonderful. My favorite parts were the beginning, A Little Priest, Johanna (Reprise) and the finale! It was probably one of the best performances in Johnny Depp's career, and Tim Burton's second-best film.(After Big Fish of course)

I have to wait to buy the CD until after Christmas, so I really hope someone gets me an iTunes gift card!! After Christmas I'm buying the Sweeney Todd hoodie from Hot Topic. I'm such a poser ^^


So I have a newfound love for James McAvoy. And I will tell you how it's been following me. First, I bought the Last King of Scotland for my Spanish project. And I realized how cute he is!! Then, I bought the Atonement book because I really want to see the movie, but it's in limited release. Then, I saw the Penelope trailer on my Batman Begins DVD (I've always wanted to see that movie) And I was like "THAT'S JAMES MCAVOY" THEN I found out that he's in BECOMING JANE!? When did that happen? THEN

Katie and I got our scene! I'm so happy! I also got publicity design, haha. Laurel got monolouges, just as I predicted.
I actually found out early because I was peeked through the curtains and saw the list Mr. C was typing. Thanks for going up to the vocal room, Mr. C! I'm so excited!! I'm so happy I get to perform at I.T.S.! It's gonna be so much fun.

Today we went to the computer lab for acting and watched SLAPPY JACK! It was amazing. I've never laughed so hard in my life

shinseikakumei  must make copies and GIFs! It's too  freakin' funny! Laurel walking in the Black Box, too  much. SOo funny story about ITS. Katie and I were put like 31  and 32 so we had to be there TILL SIX because some  of the SENIORS decided it would be fun to cut people and make some people get home at 7:00. And miss tap. And it was also funny cause people were like "YOU HAVE TO DO TWO MONOLOGUES" So Katie and I went to the Green Room, which had no books, ran to the computer lab, which had no working scanner, to print out our scenes, (WEBSENSE BLOCKED MY WEBSITE, so I had to edit the whole thing) and print it out with the printer THAT HAD NO PAPER. So I did Catholic Schoolgirls, which is not that much contrasting to Invisible Freinds.  Oh well. I blanked out during Invisible Friends, but I brought myself back. I think I did okay. Not amazing. Katie and I were awesome at our scene, and Mr. C laughed! I think we're gonna get picked for our scene, and Laurel for the two monologues. We shall see.

I have such a headache right now! And our stupid bus driver was playing this stupid rock music that pounded into my head the whole HOUR LONG RIDE home.

So, I put my crew application on Ms. L's desk. I hope she accepts it! I want to either be Head Prop Master, or just one of the Prop Masters. I decided I should be on crew to contribute instead of doing nothing. So yay!

OH MY GOSH..SO..apparently, I.T.S Rutgers auditions are NEXT WEEK! I love how I'm an officer, and I never know any of this! WTF?! I had picked a bunch of monolouges out, but I hadn't picked any yet. So now I'm gonna have to cram and memorize two monolouges, dramatic and comedic, and a comedic scene. I also might to a pantomime with Laurel.

But here's the thing. I love my comedic mono. and I'm def. doing it. And I def. wanna do a comedic scene with Katie Verde, but Mr. C said that doing dramatic and comedic monolouges would showcase our range better. And this is SO SO true, but..I would rather just do one monolouge, one scene. BUT, that means less chance of getting a slot there's only FIVE, BTW. It's crazy. I REALLY REALLY hope I get one. If I don't...ughhhhhh) 

I have two dramatic ones that I like, but I haven't decided. One is short and one is semi-long. And I like the semi-long one better but IDK if I can memorize it! Oh, well. I'll just have to.

Helloooo. Okay, so this weekend i went over my little cousins house (amanda and eric) and Eric loooooveesss me so much it's funny. ^^  We went on this haunted hayride in smithville and it was cool not too scary, but fun. Amanda (B not Gallagher) was bad though. Eric was cute and informed me that I am the only one he loves and I am his bride (which is kinda gross, since we're third cousins) but all in all I had a fun time unitl the end when Eric got a Nitendo DS (BTW, he's FIVE!) And they did that for an hour and I got annoyed. Then I finally went home. So today was boring as hell at school because FOUR PEOPLE were in my class. Acting we had tech theatre GRR. So Rhino was actually FUN today. We spoke our thoughts out loud it was HILARIOUS. And I now officially have all my lines memorized. Yay! The show opens Thursday, BTW. (HAHA) Tonight I'm playing Nancy
Drew game YIPPIE and watching Legally Blonde. Adios.

I'm so tired. I am forcing myself to write this. So, school was okay. I was FREEZING the whole first 2 periods. Lunch was funny, I took some pictures. But our pictures for rhino were EVEN FUNNIER. We had Joe Williams as a Guest Artist teaching us...it was very cool and relaxing. 
So, let's talk about RHINOCEROUS! Okay, Joe Williams was coaching us. And I assumed it would be on how to MOVE LIKE A RHINO. But I was gravely wrong. It was more like..."I WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO SAY EVERY LINE EXACTLY" well, except to caroline. He made Laurel change her entire part. I was so cruddy with my screaming, i'm sorry guys. I was not in the mood, nor the moment. So it took TWO HOURS for Act Two, and Act One took an hour, but we hardly got through it. I dunno.
He didn't give me much direction, so I'm just sticking with the character I have now. Once I'm off book I'll be able to develop it more. But while Act Two was going on, I was having a blast taking pictures with Katie, and our deep conversation about our future at the chow house. 

So, let's just say I'm GREATLY looking foward to Rhino 
tommorow.

So, today at 9:30 i have to babysit for Michelle and Jimmy. Michelle is like...5 and Jimmy is 8. They are really good kids, (unlike my cousins!!) so I don't think I'll have any problems. Aww, I'm looking at my American Girl Babysitter book thing. So cute. It actually has good ideas and advice. I have a craft that we could do, and Michelle likes making collages. I'll see if I have any DVDs that we could watch. But we are watching Aladdin!!! I really don't feel like going. I feel like sitting home all day, doing nothing. That's always fun. Tonight dad and I are watching Gangs of New York, so I have something to look foward to.

Today is our third day with our four-day weekend.
Yippie. Yesterday...I did nothing. Well, I did watch Beuwolf and Grendel. It was actually good, but really boring and weird. But for some odd reason I liked it. Probably cause of Gerard Butler's sexy manlieness. It was so strange though because there's this 'troll' (it's actually more like a prehistoric type person) that comes in this redhead 'witches' tent, and he well...ahem...has his way with her. 
(For like, a second) and the girl doesn't even scream or anything, she's just like *shrug* 'okay, come on in!' like...okay. And then the funny thing is...Gerard Butler does it with her! Kinda gross, y'think? He was so goregous though.  
  So after that lovely movie, I watched the Lion King. Haven't seen that in FOREVER! I love how Mufasa is all 'James Earl Jones' and then Simba grows up to sound like...Matthew Broderick. I totally see the resembalance. But I think Lion King is one of the most beautiful disney movies. 
 I have to babysit monday, AND I DON'T WANT TO! I WANT TO SIT AROUND DOING NOTHING
 But I'm hoping to convince them to watch Aladdin with me, (UNLIKE MY LITTLE COUSINS) mwhaha.
